Whiskey Grail uses Stepwise to automate their Laser Engravement process β‘
Whiskey Grail creates thousands of beautifully crafted, charred oak drinking vessels, each made even more special with custom laser engravings.
But did you know? The laser engraving process can be quite tedious and time-consuming.
Thatβs why the CEO of Whiskey Grail relies on Stepwise to automate this task, freeing up time to focus on what truly matters.

Ctrl + S not working
I wasn't sure if it was a temporary glitch but it's been happening the last few days where Ctrl + S shortcut to save has not been working.
Also I would appreciate a Ctrl Shift S shortcut for Save As. It's pretty standard in design software so having it would help because I always press it thinking it'll work in Stepwise.

Suggests/Questions
Hi! Not sure if this feedback is helpful or not but I thought I'd share anyways.
Recently I've tried to use ctrl+w in a workflow but it doesn't seem to work. Unclear why at this time.
Some suggestions I had:
- Ability to expand prompts window: some of my workflows have a lot of prompts. I'd rlly like to see all of them without scrolling haha
- Ability to add a line in a response to prompts
- Run prompt from a certain point: I think this could be useful for trouble shooting/testing a prompt
- If/else: i know ...

Stepwise not recognizing the PC I used to setup up account
Why is this program stating it's linked to hardware when there is an account login? I am very uncomfortable that I cant log into to multiple computers from one account. Why are you tracking hardware?

Written code/pseudo-code function
I know the whole point of Stepwise is that you don't need to code to make workflows but I do think that for me personally, I would appreciate an option to use code or pseudo-code to make work flows. Sort of similar to how some sites allow you to toggle between plain text and html when writing posts.
I have a lot of incredibly long and complex workflows that would be a lot easier to make and edit if I could write them as opposed to dragging, dropping, and editing blocks.
